THE ROOMS AND THE EQUIPMENT
The hotel has six meeting rooms for the organization of study days, seminars, meetings, training, showrooms, etc…
All our rooms are well exposed to daylight. Four of them have air-conditioning. Projection screen, paperboards, blocks, criterions, badges, coat rack, flat and sparkling mineral waters available in the room for your comfort. A video-projector is available on reservation. The hotel may be able to rent any other types of material on request.
Les Bains Romains, our biggest room, is located on ground floor and has a facilities acces. The room has a surface of 96m² and can welcome up to 100 people when arranged in theater, 70 in classroom, and 35 in U shape. It is equipped with an integrated projection screen. A sound system can be installed on simple request. (A wired microphone, a wireless microphone, speaker for computer)
Pascaline, ideal for a group of 20 people, is located on the 3rd floor. Also equipped with an integrated projection screen, it can be coupled with a neighbouring room, Gergovia, ideal in a subcommittee of 8 to 10 people.
The Wifi is free throughout the hotel. To have the broadband internet for your meetings, we suggest you purchase a pass. For that, you just have to request it at our commercial service department (2€ excl.taxes/day/computer). Photocopies, faxes, colour printings on simple request at reception.
Coffee breaks (choice among 3 types of breaks) are served at the bar or on the terrace at the edge of the swimming pool if the weather allows it.
For your meals, our chef offers refined dishes but also regional menus to discover the specialities from the Auvergne.

Two free car parks are attached to the hotel.

Our commercial service department is at your entire disposal for the organisation of your event from A to Z. Because we know that it takes a while to organize a seminar, we offer a full service and turnkey, customizable, adapted to your budget and your wishes, as well as services inside or outside the hotel.
First, we send you, in a very short time, a precise estimation, according to the program that you communicated to us. We remain at your disposal to complete this proposal, until it matches all your expectations.
As we know the region and its service providers, we propose to organize:
• Playful, sports and cultural activities with our partners
• Traditional or gastronomic restaurants (outside the hotel)
• Service performance of animations in the evening,
• Transfers by bus or minibus from and to the places of activity, or at the train station/airport,
• Compositions of regional products and other presents to offer to your employees
You have only one interlocutor and a single invoicing. This service is offered, whether you may be a company or an event agency, we are at your disposal; do not hesitate to contact us for any project.

RESIDENTIAL SEMINAR/SUMMER CHALLENGE
Day 1:
-Arrival at the end of the morning – For Lunch 3 courses meal, drinks included at the hotel’s restaurant during the check-in.
-An equipped meeting room will be at your disposal. Sport breaks before the beginning of the activities: Adventure tour in trees, next to the hotel. 2h run with via ferrata.
– Back to the hotel: enjoy the Jacuzzi or the outdoor swimming pool then aperitif and dinner.
-Appointment at the Casino of Saint-Nectaire for a cabaret show (possibility to book a DJ, karaoke, orchestra, theater, etc.)
-Night at the hotel, in single or twin room.
Day 2:
-Buffet Breakfast
-Beginning of activities (transfer by bus): your organizer from the agency Auvergne tourisme comes to take the group in the hall of the hotel to the place of the activity, the Chambon Lake (8km).
–Raft challenge in teams: research of the material for building of your raft/ race on the lake/ prize-giving. Possibility to plan a snack or a tasting of regional products on the beach of the lake.
-For dinner a 3 courses meal, drinks included
-Meeting- Gourmet break before departure.
RESIDENTIAL SEMINAR/WINTER CHALLENGE
Day 1:
-Arrival at the hotel at the beginning of the day. Check- in starting at 2p.m
–Provision of an equipped meeting room (possibility to book sub-commission). Gourmet break in the morning.
-A 3 courses meal, drinks included.
-Departure for Besse by bus, for a snow challenge with 4 activities: Mulled wine served at the end of the performance.
-Return to the hotel to change. Possibility to make the most of the Inside swimming pool and Sauna before leaving for a dinner in a shepherd house in height. Rustic dinner livened up by an accordionist who provides a friendly atmosphere and a timeless moment. For the bravest among you, descent in snowshoes with a torchlight to join your bus.
-Night at the hotel.
Day 2 :
-Buffet breakfast
-Meeting / saint-nectaire break/ meeting
-Possibility to have lunch served as a buffet for 30 persons
–During the afternoon, ski in Super-Besse: sales of ski passes at the reception desk and reduction on the rent of material.
RESIDENTIAL SEMINAR / ON EARTH AND IN THE AIR
Day 1 :
-Arrival at the beginning of the day – Check-in starting at 2pm
-Meeting – Gourmet break served on the terrace at the edge of the swimming pool.
-A 3 courses meal for dinner, drinks included
-Appointment in the hall of the hotel with your guide of Auvergne Loisirs: The 4×4 will be waiting for you in front of the hotel for a motorized challenge. Quads are waiting for you!
-After an afternoon filled with adrenalin, return to the hotel to enjoy a 30 minutes back modelling, before leaving again, but this time, a helicopter will be waiting for you near the hotel, to take you to the restaurant!
-Night at the hotel.
Day 2 :
-Early wake-up but what a pleasure to discover Auvergne Volcanoes from the sky: first flight in a hot-air balloon will complete your stay. Unforgettable memories for a high-end seminar which will delight tour teams.
RESIDENTIAL SEMINAR / CULTURE AND GASTRONOMY
Day 1:
-Arrival at the end of the morning – Check in starting at 2pm
-A 3 courses meal for dinner, drinks included
-Meeting- Gourmet break
-Departure on foot for the top of the village (900 meters away) to visit the Romanic church of the XIIth century which belongs to the 5 major churches of Bass-Auvergne. Restored in 2009 it will be presented to you by one passionate guide who knows perfectly how to adapt to his public.
-Then, you will visit the cave of Cornadore, first thermal baths of the Gallo-Roman period, then, the House of the Cheese to discover how the Saint-Nectaire is made. At the end of the visit, a regional appetizer will be served to you: home-made craft, Cheeses AOP and Auvergne wine, for a friendly moment.
-Return to the hotel for the dinner livened up by a jazz band.
-Night at the hotel.
Day 2 :
-Buffet breakfast
-Meeting – Saint Nectaire break– Meeting
-You will cross the street to meet Fannette who will share with you her passion for sweets and jam in particular. Tasting.
–Lunch in a traditional Inn near the hotel.
